How To Make A Booking

How it works

 

  • To hire a marquee, tipi, tent or bouncy castle just click “View —“ and you will then reach the items main page.
  • On items main page you can click on “Hire a –” and you will then be led to the items booking page.
  • Beside the image of the marquee, tipi or tent etc you will see a calendar, a duration and a “book now” button. To book, first select a duration, then a calendar date (if you select more than one day just click the first day of your event on the calendar)
  • you can then click the “book now” button.
  • Your chosen item will then be added to a basket and a “view basket” button will appear on screen.
  • If you want more than one item you can follow the instructions above to book as many items that are available on your chosen date, all selected and available items will be added to your basket.
  • If you want more than one of the same item you go back to the item and make a second booking (the calendar will show a partial booking on your chosen date if more than one item is available)
  • When you have selected everything you need you can click on “view basket” and see a itemised view of everything you have selected, you can then add or remove items and prices will automatic recalculate.
  • In the basket total you will see “calculate shipping” click and enter your postcode and then click “update totals”. If you are in zone 2 or 3 then there is a delivery charge.
  • At the bottom of the page you will see a “Proceed to Checkout” button. To reserve your chosen items and dates we ask for a 25% deposit plus any delivery fee. 
(no bookings are made without proceeding to checkout and making this payment)
  • Any delay in proceeding to checkout can result in an automatic cancellation of the order.
  • Once payment has been made you will receive a couple emails confirming your transactions.
  • We will also send you a courtesy email.
  • To make adjustments after you have paid the deposit you will need to contact us to do this.
  • If you are hiring a marquee then you also have the option of hiring extras to complement it. This can be found on the marquees bookings pages and is a simple check box select option. To see more details on the extras that we offer  CLICK HERE
  • Final payment will be invoiced and payment is due 30 days before the start of your event.
  • For last minute bookings final payment is due immediately vie bank transfer (we will contact you with bank details)
  • nearer to your event date we will contact you to negotiate a suitable day for setting up.
  • It is your responsibility to check your favoured marquee site is free from over head cables and underground cables, gas, oil, electricity, water and drains etc. If in doubt you should contact us to carry out a site visit.
